My intuition, my channel, and the spiritual gifts that have come alive are my most powerful tools for creativity and decision making...But they weren’t always “turned on”

It became very obvious over the year leading up to my Quantum Healing Certification, especially during a medicine journey 6 months earlier in Peru, that my body was numb, my heart was blocked, and sensations were dulled or muted.

I was existing in my mind. And at this point I had no insight into my human design And it made me question everything. I always wondered if what I was doing was "right" because I couldn't distinguish between fear and intuition.

And it wasn’t until I found myself within a group of people who FELT and saw and heard so much, that I realized I couldn’t (yet). I didn't know there was another experience available to me.

They could feel where in their body they experienced a block or resistance. They could feel energy moving, heat, light. New concepts landed for them IN their body - they could feel activations and shifts.

They could discern the energy in a room or with a client and surrender to intuitive guidance without their mind getting in the way. They knew when to ground, when to clear, when to cast protection.

“How do you know?!” Was all that was running through my mind. How do you know when to do what and why and trust it? That it’s “right?” That you aren’t just making it up? How do you trust these things when they're so different?

And also... do I want to be that OPEN?

Do I want to feel that much? Do I want to become more sensitive? Can I control it? What if I don’t like it? Can I turn off a gift once it’s on?

Our mind is learning

So how do we trust something we weren't ever taught?

And since then I’ve learned how to maintain and amplify my ability to tap in, in a way that doesn’t overwhelm me. Where I can channel healing or the perfect metaphor, or entire masterclasses and programs. Where my lifestyle aligns with my human design and I feel HOME in how I manage my energy even though it looks different that 99% of the populations.

Where I can actually discern what energy I take on from my clients, music/ tv/ movies, social media, strangers in a crowd, my significant other's stress's, and life in general.

I can clear out what isn’t mine or isn’t in the highest. 

And from THERE - my truth isn't diluted, or confused. I can access a new level of authenticity in my business, marketing, and offerings because I've cleared out anything that isn't me. I'm not afraid to bring something the world hasn't seen and feel the sensations that accompany it.

And this practice of attunement has become my most powerful compass
