♛ What age group is this experience for?
ALL AGES! No matter how long you've walked the Earth, your presence and life experience will enhance the magic and co-creation of the group.
♛ Why is the final payment plan payment due March 21st?
Retreats are very involved to plan and a lot needs to be secured weeks before the actual experience takes place! Therefore we ask that every woman in attendance is fully paid by March 21st, which is 3 weeks prior to arrival so we can secure the proper amount of food, lift tickets, backcountry hiking gear, goodie bags etc...
After March 21st only Pay in Full sign ups will be permitted.
♛ What if I end up not being able to make it after securing my spot?
This experience is for the women who know's she's all in and will prioritize this investment in herself and her business. We invite you to take your time in your decision making so that when you do secure your space, it's a full, heck yes, commitment. See the refund policy below.
♛ What is your refund policy?
If you decide to cancel for any reason before March 21st, 2023 you will be refunded all but the non-refundable deposit of $1,111. After March 21st, 2023 no refunds will be given.
♛ What do I need to know about the skiing and/ or backcountry hiking?
Once you secure your spot we will send a questionnaire to learn more about which activity you resonate with, your skill level, and any past injuries we should know about. All skill levels can be accommodated! What you need to know right now is that lift tickets are included for those skiing, and backcountry hiking gear is included for those hiking! We will be following up with what to bring/ what not to bring lists.
♛ What if I already have a ski pass to Alta?
If you already have a pass to Alta, we will refund you the price of your lift tickets. Reach out to Katie directly.
♛ Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We will have an in-house private chef who can accommodate most dietary restrictions, however all the food will be prepared in the same kitchen. If you have a more serious allergy such as celiac, please reach out directly so we can speak with the chef on how to best meet your unique needs.
♛ What days would we be arriving and leaving?
We recommend arriving at the SLC airport Monday afternoon on April 10th, in time to travel to Alta for a casual meet and greet plus snacks and dinner! We will send you the info to book your own transportation with Alta Shuttle based on your own arrival and departure time. If you are driving, we will let you know where to park in the valley as there is extremely limited parking at the Stellar Chalet. After three full days we will all enjoy a celebration breakfast/brunch together and then depart on Friday April 14!
